Contact
Keychain Maker is made by Bali Micro. For help, a lost license key, a refund or anything else, email hello@keychainmaker.app. We answer within two business days, usually sooner.
Refund policy
30-day money-back guarantee. If Keychain Maker isn't right for you, email hello@keychainmaker.app within 30 days of buying, from the email you paid with or with your license key, and we'll refund the full price. No questions asked.
- Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
- A refunded license key stops working.
- You can try it first: the free trial turns any logo into an STL keychain, so you can print one before you pay anything.
- Purchases are processed by Link, Stripe's checkout, which can also help with payment questions at support.link.com.
Terms of use
By using Keychain Maker at keychainmaker.app you agree to these terms.
What you buy
Keychain Maker has a free trial: drop a logo and save an STL keychain. A one-time payment of $49 (plus any sales tax or VAT where you live) buys a license key that unlocks the full version: editing, text, colors, 3MF, QR codes, the back side and Batch. It isn't a subscription and there are no renewals.
Payments are handled by Stripe and sold through Link, which acts as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, charges and pays any tax, and sends your receipt.
Your license
- One license key is for one person or one business. Use it in any browser and on any computer you use yourself.
- Please don't publish or share your key. A key that's shared publicly may be turned off.
- Everything you make with Keychain Maker is yours: the files and the printed keychains, for personal or commercial use, including keychains you sell.
Your logos
Only use logos, names and images you have the right to use. You're responsible for the designs you make and sell, including other people's trademarks.
No warranty
We work hard to make Keychain Maker reliable, but it's provided as it is. Check your files in your slicer before printing: we can't be responsible for failed prints, filament or printer time. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Keychain Maker.
Changes
We keep improving Keychain Maker and may update these terms. If we make a change that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
Privacy policy
Your logos never leave your computer. Keychain Maker runs in your browser. Images you drop in are traced right there and are never uploaded to us or anyone else.
What we collect
- When you buy: Stripe and Link collect your payment details under Link's privacy policy. We never see your card number. We receive your email address, country and the purchase record, and we store your license key with your email so we can resend it if you lose it.
- If you join the Mac app waitlist or email us: your email address and message, to answer you.
- Visits: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and links people arrive from. It sets cookies and receives your approximate location (from your IP address), the pages you view, and your browser and device type, under Google's privacy policy. It never sees your logos or what you make in the tool.
- Anonymous counts: our own server counts visits, saved logos and exports, and purchases, each with the day, the
?ref=on the link you came with and a random ID your browser makes for itself. It holds no IP address, email or location and can't be tied to you. Only totals are shown on a page. - Hosting: keychainmaker.app runs on Cloudflare, which briefly logs requests (such as your IP address) for security and to keep the site running.
What stays in your browser
Your settings, your free export count and your license key are saved in your browser's local storage so they're there next time. They aren't sent to us, except that the app checks your license key with our server when it starts.
What we don't do
No advertising trackers, and we never sell your information. Analytics is the only tracking, and your browser's tracker blocker turns it off. Stripe's checkout pages use their own cookies for payments and fraud prevention.
Your choices
Email hello@keychainmaker.app to see or delete what we hold about you. Clearing your browser's site data removes what's saved there.
