Your logo, printer or not.
Keychain Maker turns a logo into the file a 3D printer prints from. The printer can be on your desk, or somebody else's.
Skip the 3D modeling.
No PNG-to-SVG converter, no Tinkercad, no Blender, no learning CAD. Drop a logo and get a file your slicer opens, ready to print.
- 3MF with every color as its own part. In Bambu Studio each one opens on its filament slot.
- STL as one file, for any slicer.
- Print one, then fill the plate. Check a test print, then save a full plate of copies, with room left for the prime tower. Batch lays out a whole list of names for you.
You can still make one.
3D printers print from a file, usually an STL. Keychain Maker makes that file from your logo. Design your keychain here, then send the file to anyone with a printer.
- Makerspaces, libraries and schools often have printers you can use.
- A friend or coworker with a printer.
- A local or online 3D print service.
From logo to keychain.
Drop your logo, export a file for your slicer, and print it on your 3D printer. No printer? Send the file to someone who has one.

No 3D printer? You can still make one.
A 3D printer doesn't print a picture. It prints a 3D file, usually an STL. Turning your logo into that file is the hard part, and it's what Keychain Maker does. Then anyone with a printer can print it.
Design it here
Drop your logo, add a name, pick a shape. You see the keychain in 3D as you go. Free to try.
Save the file
STL: one file every 3D printer can print. 3MF: each color already its own part, for multi-color printers like Bambu Lab.
Send it to a printer
Email it or bring it on a USB stick. They open it in their slicer, load your colors and print.
Where to find a 3D printer
One color loaded? The logo is raised above the base, so a filament change where the logo starts still prints it in two colors.
What to send them
Hi! Could you 3D print this keychain for me? The file is attached. The base is white and the logo is pink. If you use Bambu Studio, the 3MF already has the colors split into parts. Thanks!
Need 40 of them? Save the whole plate.
Not everyone who designs the keychain runs the printer. Say how many you want, or fill the plate, and save one file that whoever prints it just opens and prints. No arranging in the slicer.
- Fill plate fits as many as your bed holds: A1 mini, A1, P1, X1 or H2D, turned sideways if more fit that way.
- Room for the prime tower. On multi-color plates, the spot where Bambu Studio puts it stays empty.
- No surprises. Ask for more than fit and it tells you how many plates it takes before you save.
- 3MF or STL. Every copy in one file, for Bambu Studio or any slicer.
Opens in your slicer with every color as its own part.
No painting faces, no splitting objects, no dragging parts around. The 3MF opens as one keychain with each color as a separate part, ready for its filament.
Filament slots 1–16. Back text, back logo and back QR get their own slots too. In Bambu Studio and Orca Slicer, each part opens already on its slot. In Cura, the parts open as one group and you pick each one's extruder. The STL works in any slicer, for any 3D printer.
Logos come out printable.
Real logos have dust, pinholes and hairlines your nozzle can't draw. Keychain Maker fixes them at the size you'll print, and shows you every change.
- One click keeps it. Click any marked fix to put it back the way it was.
- Thin-stroke warnings. Anything still too thin shows red before you print.
- Erase mode. Click a stray piece away, fill a hole, or drag to clear an area.
Generate 3D QR Code Keychains
Type any link and get a QR code keychain ready to print. Choose a square or round plate, and Keychain Maker picks the biggest module size that prints cleanly. This one opens keychainmaker.app.
Scan it with your phone camera- Logo in the middle, with four error-correction levels.
- Print-safe sizing. Warnings when modules get too small to print well.
- Scan test overlay to check it before you print.
Keychain Maker also makes
Anything flat with a logo, text or QR code on it. Turn the loop off, pick a base shape and set the size in mm.
Everything it can do
Every setting in the app is a feature. Pick a topic, or browse them all.
One app instead of three.
No PNG-to-SVG converter, no Tinkercad or Blender, no learning 3D modeling. Keychain Maker traces your logo, builds the keychain and saves the file for your slicer, with every tweak in one place.
Three trace styles, previewed live
Simple, Balanced or Detailed, with a Smoothing slider to fine-tune. Outlines follow the image's smooth edges, not the pixel grid. SVGs skip tracing and keep their exact outlines.
Base follows your design, or doesn't
Outline, Circle, Hexagon, Square or Rectangle. Set the border, corner radius, thickness and height. Raise the logo or inlay it flush.
Runs in your browser. Your logos never leave your computer.

I don't have a 3D printer. Can I still use it?
Yes. Keychain Maker makes the STL or 3MF, the file a 3D printer prints from. Send it to a makerspace, library, friend or 3D print service and they can print it. See how it works.
Can I get a whole plate of the same keychain?
Yes. Set Copies, or press Fill plate, and Keychain Maker lays them out on your printer's bed, with room for the prime tower on multi-color plates. Save one 3MF or STL with every copy and send it to whoever prints it. See how.
What's the difference between an STL and a 3MF?
An STL is one shape that every slicer opens. It prints in one color, or two with a filament change where the logo starts. A 3MF keeps each color as its own part, so a multi-color printer prints them all at once. In Bambu Studio each part opens on its filament slot.
Are my logos uploaded?
No. Keychain Maker runs in your browser, on your own computer. Your logos are traced right there and never uploaded, and there's no account.
Which printers and slicers does it work with?
Any 3D printer. The STL works in every slicer. The multi-color 3MF is a standard 3MF with each color as its own part. Bambu Studio and Orca Slicer open each part on its filament slot, and Cura opens it as one grouped model, where you pick each part's extruder. The bed check covers 180, 256 and 350 mm beds.
Is it a subscription?
No. The free trial turns any logo into an STL keychain. One $49 purchase unlocks every tool for good, with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Does it work on Windows?
Yes. It runs in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox on Mac, Windows and Chromebook. Nothing to install.
What else can Keychain Maker make?
Anything flat with a logo, text or QR code on top. It saves an STL for any slicer or a multi-color 3MF:
- Keychains and key rings: logo, name and QR code keychains
- QR codes for menus, tables and signs
- Name tags and name badges
- Dog tags and pet tags
- Luggage tags and bag tags
- Business cards, including NFC cards
- Coasters
- Door signs, door hangers, hanging signs and welcome signs
- House numbers
- Table numbers
- Pendants and charms
- Zipper pulls
- Cable labels
- Pins, lapel pins, badges and brooches
What if my logo is messy?
Auto-clean removes specks, fills pinholes and thickens hairlines for a 0.4 mm nozzle, then shows you each change. Erase Mode lets you handle the rest.
